the position:

We are hiring for a full-time Account Manager that will be the guide from sales to fulfillment for clients, and will have client satisfaction at the forefront of their responsibilities. This role builds the relationship all the way from onboarding, to a continually value-driven relationship with the client.

An Account Manager IS NOT Customer Service.. Customer Service puts out fires, an Account Manager puts them out before they happen, by always looking out for their customers’ business, suggesting new and innovative ways to keep them succeeding with our service/products. They are focused on customer loyalty and building close long-term relationships with customers.

An Account Manager IS NOT a salesperson.. Sales People are focused only on MAKING the sale - Account Managers are focused on KEEPING the sale.

The role of the Account Manager is to unify sales and fulfillment by guiding a customer from discovery to experience and continued mind-blowing results! They focus on adding value and reducing churn.

Who:

The ideal fit for this role is someone that is motivated by the success of others, and can actively manage multiple client relationships at any given time. This person has a natural ability to sell not because of sales courses/programs based on manipulating tactics, but because they have the desire to truly help people find solutions to their problems.

This person has experience in the construction industry, and may have already worked with an agency in the home service industry OR previously owned, ran, or worked at a home service company.

Potential:

As mentioned previously, Fused Media is a newer company (2.5+ years old), which may scare some. But to the right person, they see the long term potential of being an All Star player with a company that is here to stay! We highly encourage this role to grow into a leadership position and have unlimited potential within the company!

Location:

This position is 100% remote.

pay:

$60,000 salary plus bonus

Bonus: $11,100-$65,400 per year based on KPIs hit

Work remotely: save $5k/year in commuting costs

If you’re Good: $71,100/year

If you’re Great: $81,200/year

If you’re Ideal: $104,800+/year

If you’re Expert: $125,400/year

All amounts above include your base salary and represent compensation based on your ability to retain clients & hit KPIs.

qualifications:
